I started these about 2 years ago, after trying several others prior to this.

All advice from dieticians was that they don't work, and aren't necessary.

I had been through a surgical procedure for cancer in the guts, described as the biggest and most complex procedure possible on the upper abdomen. Other descriptions have been "experimental" at best, and "futile" at worst.

Managing the after-effects of this on the gut, generally, has been difficult.

The Probiotic for 60+ Years has been immensely helpful, and I now have a much happier gut.
